We propose SIM and eSIM.
eSIMs are digital SIM cards that are activated by scanning a QR code with your phone. You can do it from your home country.
If you prefer physical SIM cards, you can get one from our partners.

Travelling to other EU countries? Roaming is available, as well as unlimited local calls within the country or to France.
Our prepaid plans are for 1,2,4,6,9 and 12 months, adapted to the length of your stay. Prices per month are degressive.

FAQ

What is an eSIM and how does it work?

An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a mobile plan from a service provider without having to use a physical SIM card.

It is really easy to set-up, you just need to scan a QR code with your device (Check compatibility) and the eSIM will be ready to use. An internet connection is required for the installation.

Once you buy your eSIM and selected a plan, we send you a confirmation email and the QR code.

We can define an activation date for the eSIM, so we recommend you buy and install your eSIM prior coming in France and indicate your date of arrival, so we can activate the plan you chose the day you arrive in France.

It is really convenient way to get your mobile plan!

Samsung has embraced eSIM technology on several of its Galaxy devices. As of March 2024, the following Samsung Galaxy models are eSIM-compatible:

How can I get a physical SIM card?

If you do not want to use an eSIM or cannot use one, you will need to get a physical SIM card from one of our partners. Get in touch with us and tell us your location,  we will tell you who is the closest partners that can provide you with a SIM card.

(Our partners are university and school associations, as well as student organizations.)

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment.

Once you have the SIM card, choose your plan on our website and indicate the number written on the SIM card. We will directly activate your plan on your SIM card.

How long does it take to have my SIM / eSIM activated?

FOR eSIM:
We recommend you buy your eSIM prior to coming to France so you can set an automatic activation date for the day you arrive. Your plan will start from the day of activation.
If you want to activate it as soon as you buy it (The card must be activated when you are in France, not before) you will be able to use it within the next 2 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm).

FOR SIM CARD:
If you already have your SIM and pay now for its activation, you will be able to use it within the next 2 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm).

This delay is due to the fact that we need to verify your identity before activating your SIM card.

Why is there an activation fee?

SIM cards and eSIMs have a cost that is not included in the price of the plan. The activation fee covers this cost.

Most operators in France charge a fee for the SIM card / eSIM.

When is the data reset?

Your data allowance will be reset on day 1 of each calendar month. When contracting, the data allowance will correspond to the proportional part of the remaining days of the month.

What happens if I use all the data in my plan?

If you use up your entire data allowance, your internet access will be blocked.
You can contact us to add more data allowance.

Is the roaming in European Countries automatically activated?

Yes, all free of charge features like roaming in zone 1 are activated by default. (Check the list of European Countries included in your plan)

It’s possible that your phone has the roaming option disabled. See how to re-enable this option in the settings, depending on your device model.

The data consumed abroad will be deducted from your total monthly data allowance.

In which European countries can I travel with my plan? (Roaming)

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe (French Caribbean), French Guiana (French Caribbean), the Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Mayotte Island, Italy, Reunion, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique (French Caribbean), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden and the Vatican.

Switzerland and Andorra are not included, as well as all other countries.
Using your plan in a country that is not included will result in the automatic suspension of your line, as you will quickly exhaust your allowance.

The data consumed abroad will be deducted from your total monthly data allowance.

Can I keep the same number at the end of my prepaid plan?

Yes, you can request to port your phone number. Ask us for your RIO (Relevé d’Identité Opérateur) code and provide it to your new provider to keep your phone number, free of charge.

What happens after the established period? Can I recharge my plan?

The line will be suspended for 7 days and then cancelled. If you wish to continue using this line, you need to inform us before it is cancelled.

You can recharge this line directly on our website.

Can I cumulate unused data?

No, any unused data is lost, as everything is reset at the beginning of each month.

Can I change the ownership of this line?

Yes. You need to send the new owner documentation to franceconnect@connectivityglobal.com

What is the network coverage of my plan?

Your plan will run on the SFR network. You can view the coverage map here:

What is the speed of Connectivity's network?

Depending on your plan, the speed of our network is the one of SFR 4G or SFR 5G, you can navigate up to 300Mbps depending on the signal strength.

How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Upon your purchase you will be sent a purchase ticket. If you need a formal invoice just contact us at franceconnect@connectivityglobal.com
