How to install your esim

1. Add eSIM

• Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code.

Make sure you have internet connection!

2. Scan QR code

• Print or share the QR code to another device and scan it.
• Tap “Continue” and wait until your eSIM connects to the network (it might take a while).
• Tap “Continue” again to activate it.
• If you can’t share the QR, please install the eSIM manually.

3. Choose a Name for your New eSIM

• Select your new eSIM plan
• Pick one of the suggested labels (e.g. Travel) or create a custom one (e.g. Connectivity eSIM)
• Tap “Done”

4. Choose Default Lines

• Select “Personal” (the name may vary” for your default line) then tap “Continue”.
• Choose “Personal” for iMessage and FaceTime then tap “Continue”.
• Choose your new eSIM plan for cellular/mobile data, then tap “Continue”.

1. Add eSIM

• Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code.

2. Enter Details Manually

• Tap “Enter Details Maually” and enter SM-DP + Address and Activation code (eSIM info).
• Tap “Next”, then “Continue” twice and wait until your eSIM connects to the network.
• Tap “Done”.

3. Choose a Name for your New eSIM

• Select your new eSIM plan, pick one of the suggested labels (e.g. Travel) or create a custom one (e.g. Connectivity eSIM)
• Tap “Continue”

4. Choose Default Lines

• Select “Personal” (the name may vary” for your default line), then tap “Continue”.
• Choose “Personal” for iMessage and FaceTime then tap “Continue”.
• Choose your new eSIM plan for cellular/mobile data, then tap “Continue”.

1. Open Connectivity eSIM

• Get into Settings, then tap on Mobile Data and select the eSIM you have installed.

2. Turn on Data Roaming

• Turn ON “Data Roaming” on your new eSIM.
• Tap on Voice & Data and select LTE
• Turn off Limit IP Address Tracking
• Make sure “Data Roaming” is disabled on your primary line to prevent any charges from your carrier! 

3. Turn off Data Roaming in your principal line

• Go back to “Cellular”.
• Tap on your principal line and toggle off “Data Roaming” to prevent any charges from your carrier.

4. Restart your device and enjoy your data!

Restart your device and make sure you have WIfi off, wait a few minutes and your eSIM will automatically connect to the supported network.

If you want to change the name of your eSIM, click on your new plan and edit the name.
We recommend naming it, for example “Connectvity eSIM.”

• Tap on “Scan QR code” then tap “Enter Activation code” and paste into the field.
• Wait a few seconds while your new mobile plan is identified and then press ADD to add it to your device.

3. Label your data plan

If you want to change the name of your eSIM, click on your new plan and edit the name.
We recommend naming it, for example “Connectvity eSIM.”

1. Select your eSIM for Mobile Data

• Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card Manager.
• Under “Preferred SIMs” tap on “Mobile data” and select your new eSIM.

2. Activate Data Roaming

Go back to Connections > Mobile Networks then follow these setups:

• Data Roaming > Toggle ON Network Mode > Connectivity eSIM > select the highest option.
