Start with a Mi-Fi or 4G Router. If you end up staying longer, you can easily switch to fiber later on.

Just your address and a Spanish phone number (get one here if you don’t have one) so the technician can contact you for the installation. We don’t require a NIE or a Spanish bank account. Your passport is enough.

The 4G, 5G routers and Mi-Fi work with a physical SIM card, which must be purchased separately. We’ll ship the device with the SIM already inserted, so all you have to do is turn it on to get connected.
The main difference is that the Mi-Fi doesn’t need to be plugged in—it runs on battery and is small enough to take with you to a café, the park, or the beach. Routers, on the other hand, don’t require installation and can be plugged in anywhere, but they do need to be connected to a power source.
These devices essentially amplify the signal and allow multiple devices to connect at the same time.

For Mi-Fi and Routers, we’ll ship your order and you’ll receive it within 3 working days, with the SIM you selected already included—ready to use.
For fiber, a technician will call you to schedule the installation within 72 hours.

Yes. All our solutions provide stable, high-quality internet suitable for video calls, cloud platforms, VPNs, and more.
For more demanding uses (like streaming or gaming), fiber optic or a 4G/5G Router might be a better fit. If you’re unsure, start with the Mi-Fi—you can always switch later.

We ship routers and install fiber throughout Spain. However, outside of Spain, the portable devices won’t work due to SIM incompatibility. That said, if you get a SIM from the country you’re in, it should work—as long as the local network operates on the same frequency.
